Your catches count towards two standings: the daily standings for your event and the season standings for the whole competition.

Start afresh at every event
Only that day’s catches count: your biggest 3 pike, 4 perch and 5 zander. A bigger fish of the same species replaces your smallest counting fish.

Your biggest catches stay on record
We keep your biggest 3 pike, 4 perch and 5 zander across all events. They do not have to be caught on the same day.
- Your first catches fill your season scorecard
- Bigger catches replace smaller ones of the same species
- After the last event, that score determines your final ranking
More events = more chances to upgrade your catches.

After event 1

Season standings: 210 pointsEvent 2: a 90 cm catch
The 90 cm pike counts for that day and replaces the 60 cm pike in your season standings.

Season standings: 240 pointsThe 80 and 70 cm pike from event 1 still count towards your season standings. Your daily standings for event 2 only include catches from event 2.
You do not need to fill all 12 slots to score points. Only approved catches meeting the minimum length count. Lengths are multiplied by the factor for each species.
To qualify for the final standings, fish at least 3 events, including at least 1 across the border. Every individual competition day also has its own prizes.

Top 3 and biggest fish
Every event offers great prizes for the top 3 in the daily standings and for the biggest pike, perch and zander. Prizes include vouchers from the event host and sponsor prizes.
The exact vouchers and prize packages vary by event.

How the competition works
You compete individually from the bank for pike, perch and zander. Events take place at different venues in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Fish for your score
Score with 3 pike, 4 perch and 5 zander. Every round is a new opportunity.

Aim for the season standings
To qualify for the final standings, fish at least 3 events, including at least one across the border.

Photo in FishChamp. Video in WhatsApp.
Record your catch with the fish on the measuring mat and your participant card visible. Upload the photo to FishChamp and send the video evidence to the WhatsApp group.

Yes, you can fish a single event. Additional conditions apply to participation in the final standings.

How do I register a catch?
Upload a photo of the fish on the measuring mat, with your participant card visible, to FishChamp. Send a video showing the same view to the event WhatsApp group.
What should I bring?
A valid fishing permit, a smartphone with mobile data, your measuring mat and participant card. You fish with one rod and one lure at a time.
